		Kenric McDowell is a Brooklyn-based artist and musician. His photos, music and installations describe and enhance altered states. He is currently an MFA candidate in the International Center of Photography-Bard Program in Advanced Photographic Studies. After studying interactive art and computer programming at San Francisco State University, Kenric started practicing yoga and had a spontaneous kundalini awakening. Since then he has explored the boundaries between conceptual artmaking strategies and intuitive practices based on self-experimentation. He is an attuned Reiki master and practicing healer.
